About Course

The general philosophy underlining Estate Management and Valuation as a profession is to produce competent and efficient estate surveyors and valuers with sufficient knowledge and skills to optimize the use of land among competing claims having regard to public good, optimum returns to owners and investors in real estate development and the facilitation and promotion of economic development.

What Will You Learn?

  • The aim of the course therefore, is to educate and equip students with a fundamental body of knowledge in the constituent disciplines of Valuation, Property Management, Building Construction, Land Surveying, Town Planning, Land Law, Land Economics, Property Development, Project Management and Finance, feasibility and viability appraisal among others.
