Mr Bojang worked as an English Language and Literature In English teacher; both at Nusrat Senior Secondary School and Masroor Senior Secondary School. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of both Kabboumb Academy and Kabboumb Volunteers Foundation. He is an educationist, entrepreneur, social commentator, philanthropist, dental and pharmacy technician. Aside from completing numerous and diverse certificate and diploma programs; Mr. Bojang holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English As A Foreign Language, three Mini MBAs, Postgraduate Diploma In Advanced Oral Implantology, and recently completing his MBA program at Singapore Business School. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
